E-Bike service

We are able to undertake work to include service, repair, diagnostics and warranty work on the following ebike systems:
Shimano, Bosch, Yamaha, Brose, Bafang, Fazua, GreyP, Batribike.
These are the brands that have the spare parts readily available and tech support where needed to help get your ebike back up and running.
Any parts replaced on your system are done so with genuine OEM parts from our dealers.

Please note, we cant guarantee we'll be able to help with other e-bike brands that dont have the relevant support and spare parts in place.


Motor Bearing replacement
If your motors out of warranty and its sounding pretty grim in there, we can get your motor sent off to a specialist to strip it down and replace the necessary worn parts.

Warranty work
Purchased your bike elsewhere? We're still able to carry out the warranty work on your components. Eliminating the hasssle of sending that online purchase back. Labour charges apply.

(Diagnostics and updates only available to Bosch motors and systems from 2013.)

Software updates and print out – £30 Plug in to Bosch system and install latest software.

Diagnose error fault code – £30Plug in and diagnose and wipe any error fault codes

Diagnostic report and software update – £45 Full report of bike details, system history and use history. Also includes software update.

Drive unit removal and check – from £60 Motor strip from bike, clean and degrease, re-fit and check torques. Also includes diagnostic report and software update.

To confirm your appointment a booking fee of a custom amount is payable. The booking fee will be individually based on the work you have scheduled to be completed. Please see T&Cs.
