1. Payment Terms and conditions:
Prompt payment in full requested at time of invoice.
We accept Cash, Card payments, direct payment by BACS.
Any parts remain the property of Mobile Bike Repair until paid in FULL.
Any parts specially ordered must be paid in full beforehand and cannot be returned for credit.

2. Appointment’s:
Due to the nature of the business, and keeping on time for appointment’s, there is a chance of running late. Mobile Bike Repair will do their up-most to keep you informed.
To confirm your appointment a booking fee of a custom amount is payable. Notice of a minimum 48hrs cancellation period is required to refund your booking fee. A £5 admin charge will be deducted from your booking fee, if cancelled prior to the minimum cancellation period. The booking fee will be individually based on the work you have scheduled to be completed.

3. Workmanship Guarantee:
Mobile Bike Repair guarantee all our work with our Common Sense warranty. You expect a job to be done properly and our parts to be suitable for the job and last a reasonable amount of time, as is your right. Therefore if there is any aspect you are unhappy about, then get in touch and we will discuss how to resolve your issue amicably. Similarly, we would not expect you to ask us to be responsible for damage caused by accidents, carelessness and off-road excursions.
Mobile Bike Repair warrant that their work will be done to a professional standard and any defective work will be corrected free of charge to the customer. Work will be guaranteed for 90 days, subject to appropriate use. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.

4. Working conditions:
The Mobile Bike Repair mechanic will carry out all work with the minimum disruption to the customer in the mobile workshop.
Where the service is required to be carried out indoors, the mechanics will take reasonable precautions to protect any floor coverings, decorations and furnishings from damage.
The work place provided must be free from children and animals to avoid any accidents or injuries.
The mechanic is not obliged to offer any service in a place where there is a Health and Safety risk.

5. Workshop price menu:
There is a minimum charge/callout of £25.00 which is not added to the bill if labour is more than £25.00.

There is a storage charge of £5 per day for any bike that is not collected/ dropped off within 3 days of the customer being informed that the work on the bike is completed. This is due to the limited working space we have.
There maybe a travel charge for outside the working area (see Areas Covered). Then there is a charge of 50p/mile for total mileage. Example 20 miles = £10.00
If your bicycle is in a dirty condition there may be a charge for cleaning to allow for closer inspection of the frame and components.
All website prices are for labour only, parts will be charged as extra.
